Desc: 3 rounds, each game is 55 minutes with a 5-second delay. 1st round at 9:30 a.m., 2nd round at 12:10 p.m., 3rd round starts at conclusion of 2nd round, but not before 1:50 p.m. 1 half-point bye permitted if requested prior to the start of round 2. Minimum rating in A group is 1300. Maximum rating in B group is 1399. If fewer than 8 players in either group, groups will be combined for pairing purposes, but there will be Under prizes. US Chess membership is required and can be done when you signup for the tournament. Entry closes at 8 p.m. on 4/27. No onsite entry permitted. Entry fee is $30. Free entry for masters with the entry fee deducted from any winnings. The latest rating supplement file available for download will be used for pairing and prize purposes. If you have a chess set and a chess clock, bring them. It can get cold in the playing area, so make sure to bring a jacket.
