No computers *********************************** Sections may have limitations to the qty. of entries (TBD). Tournament Director reserves the right to combine/modify sections. In addition, the TD may restrict the moving up to another section based on the number of entries in that section. Prizes depend on entries. Updates will be provided as registration proceeds via e-mail. Players can move up to the next section if their USCF rating from the Golden Data Base at the time of the tournament is within 50 points of the next higher section. UNRATED PLAYERS MAY PLAY IN U1500 OR U1200 SECTIONS ONLY, TD will review the section chosen for appropriateness. *********************************** •Hand sanitizers, wipes, and masks will be available throughout the chess-playing room. Please bring your own supplies additionally._____________ • No Food or Drink is allowed in the playing room, except for Bottled Water or Liquids in tightly closed containers. Keep your personal items to a minimum.________________________ • Cell Phones – Players choosing to bring in cell phones do so at their own risk as tournament staff are unable to watch over them. Cell phones are required to be turned off or set in airplane mode and placed inside the box provided at the boards or placed next to the board. The cell phone shall remain inside the box or next to the board until the completion of the player’s game. Remember that there will be a time penalty if your phone rings in the playing room during active games.______________
