Desc: Saturday, July 25, 2026 ********************************************************* Theo Slade (Life Master, Orlando Chess Instructor, and British Chess Magazine Columnist) will be conducting the Simul. and Training Class. ****************************************************************** FORMAT: Approximately 18-20 players simultaneously playing, additional players to enter upon completion of a game. Each individual participant is expected to make a move when the exhibitor (Theo Slade) arrives at his/her board. Theo will try to move quickly to keep the event fast paced and fun for everyone. Depending on time availability the participant may re-enter after all registrants had a chance to play. This is a non-rated event all chess players are welcome with the understanding of the rules of chess (tournament protocol). ************************************************************** Starts at 10:00 a.m., please arrive at NLT 9:45 a.m. Training Class will start 30 minutes after Simul is complete. The facility is available to 2:30 p.m. for chess activities. ********************************************************** ENTRY FEE $25 for Simul / Training Class, Simul or Training $15.
