Desc: -- Update: Online Registration ends at 9:00AM on 14th and Onsite registration ends at 9:40AM--- The North Atlanta Chess Club is proud to host a Pizza Scholastic Chess Tournament on Saturday, September 14, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Address:- 11705 Jones Bridge Rd b102, Alpharetta, GA 30005. This USCF-rated event will consist of four rounds, with time controls set at G/25 + 5-second increment. Round times are scheduled for 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:15 PM, and 2:30 PM. Free Pizza will be served for players after round 2. The tournament will be divided into Three rating-based sections: U400, U800, U1200. Prizes will be awarded in each of U400, U800, U1200 sections, with 1st Place receiving $50+trophy and 2nd and 3rd Place earning trophies. The entry fee is $25 if paid by September 08th, and $35 by Sep 11th and $40 thereafter. Participation is limited to 50 players, so early registration is strongly encouraged. USCF membership is required and should not be expired. Players are requested to bring a chess clock if they own one.
