Desc: Just for this tournament, we will have extra prizes. The name of the winner will be put on a plaque in the chess club forever. The winner will have the title of 2025 Saint Petersburg Blitz Champion and will receive a big trophy. There are also other prizes for winners (see below). ******************************************************** LOCATION: Saint Petersburg Chess Club 540 4th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, FL 33701 ******************************************************** REGISTRATION: If you want to make sure you can play, you need to pay ahead of time here: https://www.chessregister.com/. ******************************************************** ENTRY FEE: • $20 if paid by December 6 • $25 if paid by December 13 • $30 after that ******************************************************** TIME CONTROL: G5; d2 ******************************************************** ROUNDS: 6 ROUNDS, NO ELIMINATION ******************************************************** START TIME: 7 pm ******************************************************** PRIZES: If 30 players: 1st place: $180. The name of the winner will be put on a plaque in the chess club forever.
