Open to all to play! Top scoring University of Florida student, faculty, or staff will earn the title of Club Blitz Champion. --- Active US Chess Federation membership required. Purchase US Chess membership at https://new.uschess.org/become-member --- Entry Fee: $10 on or before 11/12, $15 after or on-site. --- Prizes ($300 based on 30 players): Open Section: $75 - $50 - $25 - U2000: $30 - U1700: $30 - U1400: $30 - U1100: $30 - U800/Unrated: $30 --- Time Control: Game in 3 minutes with a 2 second increment per move --- Schedule: Starts at 6:30pm. Each round will start immediately after the previous round finishes. Expected to finish around 8pm. --- Byes: No byes available. --- Equipment: All players should bring their own sets and clocks. A limited number of sets and clocks are available.
