Desc: All Scholastic : SCHEDULE: 1 day (Saturday) FORMAT: (One Section) 5 Round Swiss, Minimum 4 players, maximum 5 players on a team. A team's rating is the average rating of the team's top 4 players' ratings (Jan 2024 Supplement). Every team's rating must be < 2200 (strictly less than 2200). Up to 4 players can play in a given round; players must sit in rating order. Time Control:1 Day; G/25 d5 ½-point byes (for the whole team only) are available for one round. ========================================== Team Championship (Scholastic) ENTRY FEE PER PLAYER: $40 per by 1/31, $50 later, Special team entry fee (one entry must be made for all players) $140 by 1/31, $160 later. ========================================== PRIZES/AWARDS: Team Championship (Scholastic) Special commemorative chess clocks or chess board/pieces: The Top Team, The top scorer on: Board 1,2,3, and 4. Trophies or Plaques: Under prizes for teams u1600, u1400, u1200, u1000. 2nd Highest Scorer: Board 1,2,3, and 4. Alternates will receive trophy/plaque for any team listed above.
