Desc: The Stonehaven Chess Club (Marietta, GA) is hosting a USCF-rated scholastic tournament open to all K-12 students. Time Control: 3SS G/25;d5 (3 games, 25 mins/side with 5 second delay). USCF Rated Four Open Sections: Beginner (unrated-399), Intermediate (400-749), and Advanced (750-1099), Champion (1100+). Players rated within 100 points may choose to play up one section. Unrated players may contact TD if they want to request to play up. Sections may be combined at TD discretion. Registration: ends 6/5; please register early as the tournament is limited to 60 players. Fee: $30. Rounds: 1st 9:00AM, subsequent rounds start immediately after, usually ends around 11:45am. Medals awarded to top scorer(s) in each division; ribbons for all participants.
