Desc: 7 rounds at G/10 minutes rated in Swiss format. A limit of 40 participants. Please arrive by 2pm. 1st round at 2:15pm, 2nd round at 2:40pm, 3rd round at 3:05pm, 4th round at 3:30pm, 5th round at 3:55pm, 30 min break, 6th round at 4:30pm, 7th round at 4:55pm. No byes . 50% of registrations will be distributed as prizes for 1st and 2nd for the U1950, U1650. Best U1350 will receive a prize. If 30+ registrants 55%. Overview of Prizes based upon 50 participants for each section U1950: 1st place $225, 2nd place $150, U1650: 1st place $200, 2nd place $100, best U1350 $75. $100 bonus prize will be given to any player who participates in both tournaments and gets 1st place on both days and shows no mercy! Trophies will be given to 1st place winners in each section. If needed groups may be combined for pairing and if so under prizes would be given. Registration is $25 if registered before 8/21. After Registration will be $30. USCF membership required to play. Bring chess set and clock as none will be provided. There will be no onsite registrations.
