Desc: 4 rounds, each game is 90 minutes with a 30-second delay. One game a week for 4 weeks. We will not be meeting on May 31. Rounds start at 7:00 p.m. 2 half-point byes permitted if requested prior to the start of round 3. Minimum rating in A group is 1500. Maximum rating in B group is 1601. If fewer than 8 players in either group, groups will be combined for pairing purposes, but there will be Under prizes. US Chess membership is required and can be done when you signup for the tournament. Early entry is $45 and closes at midnight the day before. Entry $55 more the day of the tournament until 5:00 p.m. (when online entry closes). No onsite entry. Free entry for masters with the entry fee deducted from any winnings. The latest rating supplement file available for download will be used for pairing and prize purposes. If you have a chess set and a chess clock, bring them as they are not provided.
