Name: RIVIERA BEACH SCHOLASTIC CHAMPIONSHIP

This registration is for the Scholastic Chess Tournament at the Riviera Beach Public Library located at 2129 N Congress Ave, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. Students will be competing in sections based on age (K-1, K-3, K-5, K-8, K-12). Students may play up into older sections but it is recommended that they play within their age group unless they are experienced tournament players.
**************************************************************
The tournament consist of 4 games of G/25;5. Round times are sharp: 10:00am, 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:00pm, with the awards ceremony following the completion of the last game.
**************************************************************
Entry fee: $35 ($45 after 3/20), Trophy to the top finisher in each section, medals to second and third using US Chess tiebreaks if necessary. Top team prize in each section, minimum of three teams, minimum of three players for a team.
