Desc: This is the registration for the US Chess Rated Florida State Women’s Championship by the Florida Chess Association at the Boca Raton Library 1501 Spanish River Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431 held on February 3-4. ************************************************************** There will be five games of USCF Rated 60min; 10-second delay. The first round starts on 2/4 at 9:30AM followed by 1/2 hour lunch break, then round 2 and round 3 ASAP. Sunday 2/5 round 4 at 10:00AM, with ½ hour lunch break before round 5. ************************************************************** There is one section for this event and it is OPEN. Prizes (based on 30): OPEN: $300, $200, $100, U1600: $60, U1200: $40 Prizes and trophies to the top players. The top finishing K-12 Participant in this tournament will be the Florida High School Girls Champion and will also represent Florida in the Haring National Tournament of Girls Champions at the US Open. *************************************************************** USCF Membership is required for this event, if the US Chess website does not show you as a current member you will not be paired.
